A new space for reflection on the FMCG market, brand strategies and female leadership
There are certain topics that we naturally revisit, whether out of experience, curiosity, or simply the need to pause for a moment.
This space was created from just such a place.
On LinkedIn, I share my thoughts on the FMCG market, brand strategies and leadership based not on haste or short-term thinking, but on values, mindfulness and responsible decision-making. This perspective is grounded in practice, yet open to reflection, including insights resulting from women’s leadership experience.
Many of these thoughts stem from my daily work with Mokate, a Polish family business with a global presence, and from activities carried out as part of the Coffee & Tea Market Research Institute where research, education and analysis of the coffee and tea market meet with real business challenges.
It is also a place for personal observations, such as those made between meetings, while talking to people, at industry events and during moments of careful reflection. Moments when a cup of coffee or tea becomes an opportunity to take a broader look at brands.
